Our Academy Soccer Programs are aimed at players who aspire to play soccer at the highest level possible and is offered to players by invitation following both internal and external tryouts.

Union FC™ Academy Programs are split into three divisions, Pre-Academy, Junior Academy and Youth Academy.

Pre-Academy is aimed at players between the ages of 4 & 6, selected from out Grassroots program who possess high technical ability.

Junior Academy provides technical developmental environment for players at the U8 – U12 age groups where players learn the core dynamics of the game starting at 5v5, 7v7 and 9v9 game models before moving onto full 11v11 soccer.

Youth Academy soccer, is where our players transition to full-side 11v11 soccer, providing high performance competitive soccer for players aged between the U13 – U18 age groups. Youth Academy players will compete at a high level with the aim to developing players who will go on earn College Scholarships and play at a collegiate level.

Over the years we have seen great success with our high performance programs. A significant number players have earned college scholarships and gone on to play collegiate level soccer, been drafted to professional clubs within North America, play at a National level for the Canadian Women’s National Team, produced an Olympic Bronze Medalist and we’ve won a Canadian National Championship. Our high performance Academy Programs are built to help develop players to reach their highest potential and run in both Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter.

All Academy Programs Include:

– 3 Weekly Technical and Tactical based training sessions. (Up to 4.5 Hours)
– Goal Keepers receive additional specific Goal Keeping coaching.
– League and Tournament Competitions.

For the Spring/Summer Season Teams can compete in CSL, OASL, YRSL or HDSL.
For the Fall/Winter Season Teams can compete in the GTISL or PISL.

Our aim is allow teams to compete at he highest possible lever to benefit both player and team development.


Our Academy Soccer Programs are the perfect environment to develop and nurture the abilities of players. With a distinct style of play, methodology and soccer philosophy we aim to develop highly talented Canadian players.

Our Club is proud have seen players achieve College Scholarships and player Collegiate Level Soccer across North America and go on to play soccer at the highest level.

Former players have gone to to play for Clubs in the Canadian Premier League (CPL), National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), represented the Canadian Women’s National Team in the 2019 FIFA World Cup Finals in France and winning a Bronze Medal in women’s soccer for Team Canada at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
